Soft, spiced gram flour (besan) dumplings are boiled, sliced, and simmered in a tangy, mildly spiced yoghurt-based gravy, infused with aromatic spices and a hint of ghee.

Ingredients: Gram flour (besan), yoghurt, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ghee/oil, and fresh coriander.
